The satisfaction of giving an abused animal a safe and secure place to live, run, and enjoy is what we are about. Providing an animal the basics of food and shelter, if domestic, or habitat, if wild, is simple caring. The treatment of animals reflects on who we are as humans. Kindness begets kindness just as hate results in more of the same. We reject the idea that beasts are put here to be slaves. They are living things worthy of the respect that life deserves. Lack of respect leads to abuse. We are committed to rescue those in need and provide sanctuary as possible. There are many organizations with similar goals and we work cooperatively with and learn from them. Homes, habitats, and shelter are what we provide. Kindness and Mother Nature are our leaders. Our goals require funding and rather than asking for cash donations, which would be nice, we have set up a fundraising arm which rents timeshare vacations. You can help our friends and enjoy a little yourself. |
